What I loved about my conversation with Claudia Taboada is that she doesn’t approach midlife with fear.

After experiencing burnout herself while caring for her autistic son and navigating the hormonal changes of menopause, Claudia refused to accept that feeling exhausted, gaining weight, and losing strength were simply “part of getting older.”

Instead…she became curious. She immersed herself in the science of metabolism, muscle preservation, hormones, and healthy aging.

What she discovered changed not only her own life, but the lives of countless women she now serves.

Today, Claudia helps women over 45 stop chasing quick fixes and begin building something far more valuable:

Strength.

Not just physical strength.

The strength to show up for the people they love.

The strength to travel.

To play with grandchildren.

To protect their independence.

To age with confidence instead of fear.

One of the moments that stayed with me most during our conversation was when Claudia shared her mother’s story.

Like so many women of her generation, her mother spent years trying every new diet she could find, never realizing the real issue wasn’t a lack of willpower, it was a lack of information. No one taught her how important muscle preservation would become as she aged.

That experience became the catalyst for Claudia’s mission today.

Her message is refreshingly simple: It is never too late.

Not to become stronger.

Not to reclaim your health.

Not to begin again.

Because as we talked about during the episode…you don’t have to start over.

You simply pick up where you left off.
